Reiki

Reiki is simply Love. 

And when we get busy with life we can sometimes forget how to receive love, especially receiving love from the one person who matters most and that is you. When was the last time you looked at yourself in the mirror and told yourself that I love you? 

Safe to say it has been a while. We all have the ability to give and receive love and when we forget how to because we've gotten lost in life, Reiki brings us back, Reiki allows us to tap into the infinite source of love and connect with unconditional love.

Ultimately Reiki isn't something we do, it allows us to be who we truly are.
