Initial 1:1 video chat to set your intentions for the 12 weeks and receive a Reiki Healing Session 
Weekly Group Calls, this is where we dive deep into your desires as a group, create community, and be connected with like-minded souls. Each Group session finishes with a reiki group healing session
2 x 6-week training programs, designed especially for you. Updated weekly 
A 15-minute Weekly Check-in call to discuss training programs and nutrition updates

Technique correction for exercises via Whatsapp 
1:1 Soul Coaching session at the end of the container which includes a Reiki Healing Session
